Race details, logistics, and awards
Race registration for timed events includes a custom bib, designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results and awards, event photos, and snacks at the finish. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed; these untimed events and the Virtual Run do not qualify for age-group awards. Age-group awards for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon include male and female overall, male and female masters (40+), and top three male and female in standard age brackets from 10 & under up through 80+. A virtual option allows participants to run any day at a location of their choice; virtual registrations receive mailed packets that ship the Wednesday after the race. The event has a no-refund policy and will proceed in typical adverse weather unless venue conditions or ice hazards force cancellation; in that case registrants may be transferred to the virtual event.
