St. Patrick-Themed Running Event in Cordova
The Time to Paddy 5k/10k & Lucky 13.1 - Memphis is a themed running event held at the Shelby Farms-Mullins Station Event Field in Cordova. This family-oriented occasion features multiple distance options and activities to accommodate various participants. The course takes place within local park grounds to minimize the impact on the surrounding community.
Participants can choose from several event distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- Kid's Dash (untimed, for ages 10 and under)
- Virtual Run
All registered participants in the 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, and 1 Mile receive a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. The 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon are chip-timed, with live results and age group awards available immediately at the registration tent. The Kid's Dash includes a youth-sized shirt, a mini bib, and a specially crafted medal.
The event features a "biggest team" contest and provides free professional photos for all runners. Post-race snacks are provided at the finish line. For those unable to attend the physical location, a virtual option allows participants to run at their preferred location and receive their hardware and shirt by mail.
Registration for the 5k and 10k includes youth-based pricing for participants aged 12 and under. Age group awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in various categories ranging from 10 & Under to 80+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
