Bob's Big Timber Backyard Ultra
Bob's Big Timber Backyard Ultra takes place on August 1, 2026 in Glenmont, OH at 12061 Township Road 252. The event is organized as a Last Runner Standing backyard ultra on a family farm that has hosted the event for multiple years.
The farm has seventh generation residents and the homestead has been in the family for about 150 years. Organizers describe active forest and land conservation practices. Trail routes meander under the canopy of old growth timber and flow around and through prairie floral. Day and night trails run on and around the homestead and those trails are shared with the local running community, a cross country team, and charitable organizations for fund raising.
Free camping and parking are available near the start and finish line. Past editions have featured multiple runners competing and have produced notable mileage totals.
