Bluebelly Dash 5K
The Bluebelly Dash 5K is Beasley Elementary's first community race, held at 1350 Baring Blvd in Sparks, Nevada on September 13, 2026. The event is open to school age students and adults and is organized as a community fundraiser.
Proceeds go directly toward refurbishing Bud Beasley Elementary's playground with ADA compliant play equipment and sensory areas to improve accessibility for students.
The race distance is 3.1 miles. Registered participants receive a custom 3D printed medal, and the first 125 registrants receive a race shirt. Adult registration is listed at $35 and youth registration for ages 5 to 17 is listed at $25, with the youth discount applied at checkout. Registration opens May 15, 2026 and closes September 7, 2026.
Portions of the course include uneven terrain and dirt paths, so appropriate footwear is recommended. For the safety of all participants, strollers and dogs are not permitted on the course.
