Bloomin' 5K and 1 Mile Walk
The Bloomin' 5K and 1 Mile Walk takes place in Clifton, New Jersey on April 26, 2026. Event activities, registration and a marketplace are centered at Main Memorial Park, with Park Slope serving as the 5K start and finish area. The 1 Mile Walk is three laps around Main Memorial Pond.
St. Peter’s Haven, a nonsectarian nonprofit and Clifton’s food pantry and homeless family shelter, hosts the event with support from the Clifton Road Runners Club. Net proceeds will support St. Peter’s Haven programs that provide food and services aimed at helping families and individuals toward stable housing and greater independence.
The 5K course is USATF NJ certified and sanctioned with Grand Prix status and is described as a fast course with a downhill finish. Cash prizes are awarded for overall places and there is an additional cash prize for beating the listed fastest times. The event includes a dog and stroller friendly walk, music, food, a DJ, a carb station, a flower station, and kids activity options. Water and carbohydrate stations will be available on course.
Registration fees vary by date with early registration, standard registration, and a race day rate. Registrants over age ten receive a T-shirt.
