Course Details

The 100k route has an iconic midnight start. It passes through five mountain passes and includes approximately 10,500 ft of total ascent. There are eight feed stations on this course. The 55k route includes three mountain passes with about 7,000 ft of ascent and five feed stations. It offers a 'Race' start and a 'Challenge' start with different time limits. The 23k and 14k routes share some of the final sections of the ultra courses, offering views of areas like Windermere, Rydal Water, Grasmere, and the Langdale valley. The 23k has two feed stations.

Logistics and Requirements

All courses are fully waymarked and marshalled. GPX files are available for the ultra distances. A professional photo memento is included in the entry fee. The 100k includes real-time GPS tracking for all runners. For the 100k and 55k, there is a compulsory kit check and participants must be 18 or over.
