8th Annual Blast Fun Run Bubble 5k Family Fun Run/Walk
The event is the 8th Annual Blast Fun Run Bubble 5k Family Fun Run/Walk held as part of the "Blast From the Past" festivities in Downtown Historic Sedro-Woolley, Washington. The start and finish are on Northern Ave across Metcalf Street from the Sedro 10 Bowling Alley, and the course follows Metcalf Street in Sedro Woolley.
The course is flat and laid out as an out and back on paved roads and trails. Multiple color stations are located along the route in both directions. An aid station is provided at the turnaround with water and a special treat. Volunteers are positioned throughout the course to guide participants, assist at intersections, operate color stations, and staff the aid station.
Event categories include adult, youth, and group registration options. Strollers are permitted. Dogs are allowed only if they are leashed at all times and are friendly with strangers and crowds. All minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Packet and registration notes: corrals and wave assignments are made at packet pickup. Participants who register or order shirts before May 15 receive a shirt; shirts may be available on the day of the event in limited supply. There is no early packet pickup.
