Blast Fun Run Bubble 5K
The Blast Fun Run Bubble 5K is a family oriented run and walk held during the Blast From the Past festivities in Downtown Historic Sedro-Woolley, Washington. The course is a flat out-and-back on paved roads and trails with multiple color stations located both on the outbound and return legs.
Strollers are allowed. Dogs are permitted but must be friendly to strangers and other dogs and must be leashed at all times with no exceptions. An aid station with water and a special treat is located at the turnaround. Volunteers are positioned along the course to guide participants, manage major intersections, operate the aid station, and staff the color stations.
The start and finish are on Northern Avenue across Metcalf from the Sedro 10 Bowling Alley. The event uses a corral and wave start system; corrals and waves are assigned at packet pickup. Packet pickup and day of registration take place on the east side of Metcalf near the bowling alley; early packet pickup is not available.
Registration opens January 13, 2026 and closes May 2, 2026. Early registration pricing applies until May 1, 2026; initial fees listed include Youth $20 and Adult $25 with rates increasing after May 1, 2026. Participants who register or order shirts before May 15, 2026 receive a shirt while supplies last. No refunds or transfers are permitted.
