Birmingham Running Festival - February 2027
The Birmingham Running Festival takes place on 7 February 2027 at Sutton Park, Park Road, Sutton Coldfield, B73 6BT. The event includes timed race options and a separate junior race, all held on road surfaces within the 2,400 acre National Nature Reserve.

The event supports Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, which provides advanced pre-hospital critical care to more than 4,000 people each year. The routes follow scenic park paths and are chip timed, with accurately marked miles and marshals on course. The half marathon route records an elevation gain of 306 m.
Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. An event village will be in place with food, drink and partner stands; an optional event t-shirt is available as a paid extra. Facilities at the village include portaloos, a secure baggage marquee and cycle parking. Water stations are positioned around the course and a bottle of water is provided at the finish.
Access notes: the main park entrance at Town Gate is a short walk from Sutton Coldfield bus and rail stations. On-site parking is very limited and there are several nearby car parks within a short walk. Dogs are not permitted for runners or spectators.
