Bingley-Rock up n' Run
Bingley-Rock up n' Run is a pop up Summer Series trail running event organised by Its Grim Up North Running at 5 Rise Locks, Beck Lane, BD16 4DS. The event is licenced by the Trail Running Association under UKA rules.

- 10k trail race
No advance online booking is required; participants may turn up on the evening. Payment can be made on the day or online. All runners receive a jumble medal, hot food, a choice of beer or soft drink, and a sweetie bag.
The venue is within walking distance of local transport; it is about a 10 minute walk from Bingley train station and nearby bus stops. Free parking is available on surrounding streets.
