Bingley-Rock up n' Run
The Bingley-Rock up n' Run is a pop up event participating in the Summer Series hosted by It's Grim Up North Running. This event takes place in Bingley at the 5 Rise Locks on Beck Lane. Participants have the option to register online in advance or simply pay on the evening of the race.
The event features two distinct distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
The race is open to entrants aged 16 and over. Located at the 5 Rise Locks, the venue is accessible for those using public transport, situated approximately a 10 minute walk from Bingley train station and local bus stops. For those traveling by car, free parking is available on the surrounding streets.
All finishers receive a jumble medal along with a sweetie bag. The event also provides runners with hot food and a choice of beer or a soft drink. Registration for both distances takes place on-site at the venue prior to the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
