Bimbo Global Race - Los Angeles
The event takes place at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. The course starts near the Rose Bowl marquee, follows tree-lined streets and stadium grounds, and finishes in front of the historic stadium. The 2026 edition is the twelfth running of this event, which is presented as part of a global series held in more than 20 countries. The series previously held a Guinness World Records title in 2016 for the most 10K races held simultaneously on the same day.
The event includes two distance options:
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
The 10K is a timed event with a 15-minute-per-mile pace requirement; participants must reach the 3.1-mile checkpoint within 50 minutes of the start. Participants who do not meet the checkpoint will be moved into the 5K finish chute so the course can reopen on schedule and safety can be maintained. The 5K uses wave starts, begins in front of the Rose Bowl on Arroyo Boulevard, follows a single loop that goes around the Brookside Golf Course, and finishes in Lot F in front of the Rose Bowl.
Registration opens July 27, 2026, and closes September 13, 2026. There is no registration fee. For every participant who crosses the starting line, Bimbo Bakeries USA will donate bread to support Feeding America. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
