Biltmore Kiwanis Classic
The Biltmore Kiwanis Classic is a running event held at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Established in 1997, the event is entering its 26th year. The Biltmore Estate, constructed between 1889 and 1895, is situated within the Blue Ridge Mountains and is recognized as the largest privately owned house in the United States.
Participants can select from two running distances:
- 15k
- 5k
The races take place on the grounds of the historic estate. This event serves as the primary fundraising activity for the Kiwanis Club of Asheville. Registration for both distances opens in September and remains available until late November of the year preceding the race. The 2026 edition is scheduled for mid-May, with the start line located at 207 Dairy Road. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
