Event Overview
The 33rd Annual Billy Korrow Memorial 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk takes place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Loyola High School (Loyola Blakefield) in Towson, Maryland. The event features two distances:
- A 5K race (3.1 miles) run on neighborhood roads, starting and finishing on the school campus.
- A 1 Mile fun walk that takes place on the campus grounds.
Event Details
Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the event at Loyola High School and on race morning at the same location. Parking is available on the school campus, which is located at the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and North Charles Street.
Participants receive a 100% cotton, three-color event t-shirt. After the race, there is a post-race party with food and refreshments, and many random prizes are awarded.
Awards & Results
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers. Additional awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in various age categories, ranging from 14 and under to over 70. Special awards are also given to top participants affiliated with Loyola High School.
Race results are posted online, and finish line management and scoring are handled by Charm City Run Event Management. All proceeds from the event benefit the Billy Korrow Scholarship Fund. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
