5K at Spence Farm, Woburn
This annual 5K event, presented by the Shamrock Running Club, takes place at Spence Farm, 41 Wyman Street, Woburn, MA. The program includes a 5K road race, a 5K walk, and a free kids fun run. Registration fee for the main events is $35.00. Registration opens April 19, 2026 for the running race and May 13, 2026 for the walking event, with registration closing on July 4, 2026.
T-shirts are available for participants who register before June 20th. Early packet pickup is available the day before at Spence Farm from 5 - 7 PM. Cash prizes are offered for the top three men and top three women, with awards of $100 for first place, $75 for second, and $50 for third.
After the race there is a post-race party that includes music, beer for participants 21 and older, awards, and a scholarship announcement. Proceeds from the event support annual scholarships awarded to Woburn Memorial High School students. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
