Bill Degnan Faith in Human Spirit 5K and Kids 6 7 Races
The event takes place on the Cape Henlopen High School campus in Lewes, DE and is the third event in the Seashore Strider Championship Series. The main event is a 5k held on a flat course that combines track, road and grass surfaces and loops the campus before returning to the stadium finish.

Kid 6 7 races are free and require no registration. All participating children in the 6 7 format receive finisher ribbons.
Registration is available online through RunSignUp or by mail using the event mail address. Fee tiers include an early price through May 24, a pre registration tier through June 6, and a higher last chance race day fee. Participants registered by June 1 are guaranteed a T shirt while later registrations are first come.
Timing is provided by the Seashore Strider Event Production team using the ChronoTrack B Chip system. Awards include overall male and female champions, masters 40 plus, and top three finishers in multiple age categories. Proceeds support the Bill Degnan Scholarship for a Cape Henlopen High School senior track and cross country member.
The organizer requests that bicycles and non registered bandit runners not pace participants and asks that headphones be worn in one ear only if used. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
