Red, White and Blue Half Marathon - Tulsa
Bigfoot Running Company presents the Red, White and Blue Half Marathon in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 20, 2027. The event is staged in park and green belt settings and follows mixed surfaces that can include pavement, crushed granite, and dirt paths.
Race options include multiple distances and formats:
- Kids Dash : about 50 m; ages 10 and under; not timed.
- 2 Mile : not chip timed; includes shirt and medal.
- 4 Mile : chip timed; trophies for overall winners; age group awards.
- 8 Mile : chip timed; trophies for overall winners; age group awards.
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles : chip timed; trophies for overall winners; age group awards.
- Virtual Half Marathon : 13.1 miles; virtual participation option; includes medal and shirt.
- Volunteer then Run (4 miles) : volunteer shift then run; limited to first five participants.
Awards and finish items are provided for many distances. Trophies are awarded to first overall male and female in the 4 mile, 8 mile, and half marathon. Masters (age 40 and over) receive special recognition pins. Standard age group awards for the 4 mile, 8 mile, and half marathon use gold, silver, and bronze pins across age categories from 10 & under through 70+. All finishers receive a race shirt and a finisher medal.
Onsite support includes multiple aid stations along the course, postrace snacks and bottled water at the rally tent, and live results and awards available immediately at the registration area. Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event. Shirt guarantee cutoff is 10 days before the event.
Volunteer roles are available with positions such as water station attendant, course monitor, finish line helper, packet pickup, lead bike, mascot, and more. Full race volunteers earn a Bigfoot race shirt, VIP race access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 digital gift card. The event proceeds rain or shine.
