Spring Fling Race Series - Tulsa
The Spring Fling Race Series presented by Bigfoot Running Company takes place on April 10, 2027 at East Metro Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event offers multiple in-person races plus a virtual option and includes on-site amenities and awards.
Distances and event types:
- Kids Dash : 50 meters, untimed fun run for children.
- 1 Mile Run : road running event.
- 5K Run : 3.11 miles, chip timed.
- 10K Run : 6.55 miles.
- Volunteer then Run 5K : participant volunteers and runs a chip timed 5K.
- Virtual Run : 13.1 miles.
Race amenities and services include finisher medals and race shirts, aid stations on course, on-site snacks and refreshments, live music and finish line announcements, and a live awards celebration. Awards for the 5K and 10K include overall trophies for top finishers, a masters 40+ recognition pin, and standard age group awards with age categories from 10 and under through 70 plus.
Volunteer roles vary from water stations and course monitors to finish line helpers and a lead bike. Full race volunteers receive a race shirt, VIP race access, and a choice of a future free race entry or a $20 digital gift card. The Volunteer then Run option is limited in availability.
