Race Information
The US Road Running event in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, features a series of road races centered around the local park facilities. Participants meet at the pavilion located next to the playground at 1151 S Park St. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series, though membership is not required to participate. All registration is handled through RunSignup, as there is no on-site registration available on the day of the event.
Course Details
The event offers three distinct distances for participants:
- 5K: An out-and-back course completed two times.
- 10K: An out-and-back course completed four times.
- Half Marathon: An out-and-back course completed six times.
The 5K and 10K routes utilize a 0.78-mile segment for a total out-and-back loop of 1.56 miles. The Half Marathon uses a slightly different 1.09-mile segment for a 2.18-mile out-and-back loop. All courses are subject to a time limit of three hours and thirty minutes.
Awards and Recognition
Every finished participant receives a finisher medal after completing their respective distance. Although not a requirement, participants may choose to wear costumes to the event.
