Summer Meltdown Half Marathon - Tulsa
The Summer Meltdown Half Marathon is scheduled at Turkey Mountain Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event offers multiple in-person distances plus a virtual option and includes organized support on course.
Distances offered:
- Kids Dash: 20 yards
- 1 Mile: 1 mile
- 5K: 3.11 miles
- Quarter Marathon: 6.55 miles
- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles
- Volunteer then Run: 3.11 miles
- Virtual Run: 13.1 miles
The 5K, Quarter Marathon and Half Marathon are chip timed. The Kids Dash and 1 Mile are not chip timed and include a tee shirt and medal for participants. Aid stations are positioned along the course to provide water and assistance. Race rally amenities include a results and awards area at the registration tent and snacks and refreshments at the finish area.
Standard age group awards apply to the 5K, Quarter Marathon and Half Marathon. Awards include first overall trophies for male and female finishers, masters recognition, and age group pins for categories from 10 and under through 70 plus with gold, silver and bronze placements. Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event and shirt orders are guaranteed if requested at least ten days before the event.
