The Summer Meltdown Half Marathon - Tulsa takes place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Turkey Mountain Park, 6850 S Elwood Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132. The event is organized by Bigfoot Running Company and includes in-person and virtual options. Multiple race distances are offered:

Race features and logistics
Aid stations with water are placed along the course. Bigfoot Running Company events use parks and green belts; course surfaces may include pavement, crushed granite, and some dirt paths. Standard age group awards and overall trophies are offered for the 5K, Quarter Marathon, and Half Marathon; masters and age-category pins are listed for multiple age ranges. Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event. Volunteers can choose roles such as water station, course monitor, finish line helper, sweeper, packet pickup, lead bike, or mascot. Full race volunteers receive a race shirt, VIP race access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 pre-paid digital gift card. Shirt guarantee cutoff is 10 days before the event.
