Heroes and Villains Half Marathon : North Little Rock

Heroes and Villains Half Marathon, organized by Bigfoot Running Company, takes place on 09/20/2026 at River Front Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The event includes multiple in person and virtual race options, on scenic park and greenbelt trails that are mostly paved with some crushed granite and dirt sections. Aid stations are available along the course and the event proceeds regardless of weather.

Distances offered include:

• Kids Dash: 50 meter untimed dash, ages 10 and under.
• 1 Mile fun run, untimed, open to all ages.
• 5K 3.11 miles, chip timed.
• Quarter Marathon 6.55 miles, chip timed.
• Half Marathon 13.1 miles, chip timed.
• Virtual Half Marathon 13.1 miles, virtual option.

All finishers in every distance receive a medal and a shirt. The timed races have standard age group awards with overall and masters recognition, and top three finishers in each age group receive gold, silver, and bronze pins. A costume contest is held before the races with cash and prize pack awards. Packet pickup is available on race morning and shirt availability is guaranteed if requested at least ten days before the event.
