Heroes and Villains Half Marathon - Little Rock

The Heroes and Villains Half Marathon is a multi-distance running event presented by Bigfoot Running Company at River Front Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes a community race day with post-race awards and finish line activities.

Distances offered include:

• Kids Dash - untimed dash for ages 10 and under
• 1 Mile - untimed fun run for all ages
• 5K (3.11 miles) - chip timed
• Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles) - chip timed
• Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - chip timed
• Volunteer then Run 5K - volunteer role then chip-timed 5K
• Virtual Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - virtual option

All finishers in every distance receive a medal and a shirt. Select races use chip timing. Awards include Bigfoot Trophies for overall winners, masters recognition pins, and age-group pins for top finishers. The course runs on local park and greenbelt trails with mixed surfaces such as pavement, crushed granite, and dirt. Aid stations are available along the route.

The event includes a costume contest held before the races, packet pickup beginning 1.5 hours before the race, on-course staff and crowd support, and a no-refund policy with options to transfer entries to virtual races, another event, or another participant.
