- Volunteer then Run 5K - chip timed, limited to first 10 sign-ups

Logistics, awards and services
Packet pickup is offered beginning 1.5 hours before the event start. Organizers state aid stations will be on course to provide water and support. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths. The Kids Dash is not timed and includes a T-shirt, race medal, and a Kids Dash recognition pin.
All finishers will receive a medal and a shirt; organizers describe a belt-buckle style finisher medal. Chip timing is used for the 5K, quarter marathon and half marathon. Awards include 1st overall male/female trophies, masters recognition pins, and age-group pins across standard age categories. A Cowboy Costume Contest and on-site entertainment are listed, and snack and refreshment service is noted at the finish area.
