Event information
The Big River Adventure is scheduled for May 30, 2026. This is the 26th annual edition of the event. Participants may choose among running, swimming, walking, or paddling activities. The event is organized by Cancer Resource Centers of Mendocino County (CRC Mendocino).
Purpose and partners
Proceeds from the event remain in Mendocino County and support CRC Mendocino programs that provide services free of charge to people facing cancer. The event materials list 2025 event sponsors. Named sponsors include Mendocino Coast Clinics (Building Community Sponsor) and Beachcomber Motel (Caring Heart Sponsor). CRC Mendocino operates offices in Fort Bragg and Ukiah.
