Big Cardio 2027
Big Cardio 2027 takes place on May 1, 2027 at Park TBD, 2020 W. McNab Road Suite 99B, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. The organizer is BIG Children's Foundation and event proceeds benefit foster teens and at-risk youth in South Florida.
The event combines a timed 5K and an untimed 3.1 mile walk/run with a variety of fitness classes, sports, youth activities, and a family oriented fun zone. Class offerings and activities listed for the day include cardio and old school dance classes, Zumba, cycling classes, pilates, and yoga. Team competitions include a Renegade Relay obstacle course with age restrictions noted for some events.
