Bethlehem Running Festival (Bethlehem, PA)
The Bethlehem Running Festival presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network is a multi-day running festival held October 16–18, 2026 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The festival is organized by Pennsylvania Running Company, LLC and takes place near 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem 18015.
The event program includes a mix of trail, road, kids, and team races on courses that run through the historic downtown area and nearby parks. A portion of registration fees and 100 percent of donations benefit the American Cancer Society. The festival also hosts the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk following the 10K.

- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Half Marathon Relay teams of three: two 5-mile legs and one 5K leg
- Kids Run divisions: 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, and 1 mile
- Triple Play combines the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon
- Quadruple Play combines all four races totaling 26.2 miles
All finishers receive a long sleeve technical T shirt and an event finisher medal unique to each race. Additional race features include downloadable professional photos with bib tags, customized bibs for early registrants, awards for overall and age group finishers, and an optional VIP experience with reserved amenities.
