Bethlehem Running Festival - October 16–18, 2026, Bethlehem, PA
The Bethlehem Running Festival is a multi-day running event presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The festival takes place in mid-October and centers on multiple races that run through the historic streets and parks of the city.
Event distances include:
- 3.8 Mile Trail Run
- Kids Run: 1/4, 1/2, and 1 mile distances
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
- Half Marathon Relay (teams of 3: two 5-mile legs and one 5K leg)
The Kids Run is organized by age groups with specific distances for ages 5 and under, 6–8, and 9–12. Combined entry options such as Triple Play and Quadruple Play allow participants to run multiple races across the weekend; completing all four races equals a full marathon distance over three days. Registered participants receive a long sleeve technical T-shirt, an artist-designed finisher medal unique to each event, downloadable professional photos with bib-tags, and a customized race bib for early registrants.
Awards are given to top overall and age-group finishers across events, and time limits are in place for each course. A portion of registration fees and all donations benefit the American Cancer Society.
