Bethlehem Running Festival - October 16–18, 2026
The Bethlehem Running Festival is a multi-day running event held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with a central location at 101 Founders Way. The festival includes road and trail races that run through historic downtown streets, over the Fahy Bridge, and start and finish in front of the Steel Stacks.
Events include:
- 3.8 mile Trail Run
- 5K
- 10K
- Half marathon (13.1 miles)
- Half marathon relay (teams of three: two 5-mile legs and one 5K leg)
- Kids Run with age-based distances: 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 1 mile
The kids race takes place on First Street in front of ArtsQuest and offers a custom bib and unique finisher medal for each child. The half marathon route passes through the city center and scenic parks. Relay teams compete for overall and corporate challenge awards, including engraving on a corporate cup for the top affiliated team.
All participants receive a long sleeve technical race shirt, an artist-designed finisher medal per event, free downloadable professional photos with bib tags, and a customized race bib for timely registrants. Time limits are enforced on courses; for reference the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and trail race have published cutoff durations.
A portion of registration fees and 100 percent of donations benefit the American Cancer Society. Additional paid VIP options offer packet pickup, dedicated parking, indoor facilities, and pre-race refreshments. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
