Berry Bowl Blitz - Bozeman Running Company
Berry Bowl Blitz is a plogging event held on Global Running Day, June 3, 2026, at Bozeman Running Company, 132 E Main St, Bozeman, MT. The event is free but requires an online RSVP; registration opens May 1 and closes on June 2.
"Plogging" combines jogging with picking up litter. Routes are mapped to cover north, south, east and west of downtown. When registering, participants select a preferred distance from 1 to 6 miles. Runners are grouped into teams before the run based on desired mileage.
Organizers provide gloves, trash bags and recycling bags. Participants collect litter found along their route and return all collected items to Bozeman Running Company at the finish. After the run, participants receive a Mountain Berry Bowl chosen during registration. All registered participants are entered into a drawing to win a pair of Asics running shoes.
If a registrant cannot attend after registering, they should notify the organizer prior to the event. The event description does not list required experience or pace; participants select distance based on their own preference. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
