Ben Sheann
Ben Sheann is a hill race held on 13 May 2026 near Keip Road, Strathyre, within Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. It is part of the Bog'n'Burn Series and is organised by the Stuc a’ Chroin Hill Race Committee.
The course is described as a Category AS race with a distance of 3.4k and an ascent of 400 m. The event is run annually and is presented as a shorter counterpart to the Stuc a' Chroin 5000 race. The name Ben Sheann is given a Gaelic translation meaning "Mountain of the Fairies."
