Callander 10K
The Callander 10K takes place in Callander with the event hub at McLaren Leisure Centre on Sun 14th Mar 2027. The route runs toward Loch Venachar, offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, and returns to Callander along an old railway line before a riverside finish.
Route surfaces are approximately 8.5 km on tarmac and 1.5 km on compacted trail, so road shoes are recommended. There are two water stations on the course at about 3 km and 8 km. The 10K uses electronic chip timing; the 1K fun run is not chip timed.

Age and categories: the 10K has a minimum age of 15 on the day; the 1K is for ages 5 and above with under 5s able to run with adult supervision. Four gender categories are available: male, female, non-binary, and other. Prizes are awarded to top finishers in gender and age groups subject to minimum entry numbers.
Included in entry: event organisation, finish medal, finish refreshments, chip timing for the 10K, medical cover, free event photos, and race hydration from Active Root. Facilities at the hub include toilets, changing rooms and baggage drop. Public parking is available in Callander; there is no general parking at the leisure centre. The event supports the charities It’s Good 2 Give and Canmore Trust.
