Event Details

The Callander 10K is a running event. The race starts and finishes at the McLaren Leisure Centre in Callander. The course heads towards Loch Venachar in the Trossachs and returns to Callander alongside the River Teith. Participants can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. The return leg is along the old railway line before a final section along the riverside.

The route is approximately 8.5 km on tarmac and 1.5 km on compacted trail, for which road shoes are recommended. The course is marked with large yellow signs and has marshals and medical staff at key points. There are two water stops on the route, providing water and an energy drink.
