Distances
- 10K road and compacted trail combination
- 1K fun run for younger participants
The 10K covers roughly 8.5 km on tarmac and 1.5 km on compacted trail. There are two water stops at about 3 km and 8 km. The route is fully marked with large yellow signs and supported by marshals and medical staff at key locations. The 10K uses electronic chip timing and will post race numbers and timing chips to participants in advance when possible; the 1K is not chip timed.
Entry fees are listed as £28 for the 10K and £7 for the 1K. Age limits are 15+ for the 10K and 5+ for the 1K, with under 5s able to run when supervised. All finishers receive a medal; the entry fee also covers hydration, a small finish-line selection of food, medical provision, and free event photos. Prizes are allocated by gender categories and age groups subject to minimum entry numbers. Dogs are not permitted to run with participants.
