Callander 10K : event overview
The Callander 10K takes place on Sun 15th Mar 2026 at McLaren Leisure Centre, Callander. The event offers two distances:
- 10K
- 1K fun run
The 10K route runs toward Loch Venachar, returns alongside the River Teith and follows an old railway line for a largely flat return into Callander. The route surface is approximately 8.5 km on tarmac and 1.5 km on compacted trail. There are water stations at about 4 km and 6.5 km, stocked with water and Active Root hydration.
Entry fees are £26 for the 10K and £7 for the 1K; £2 from each entry is donated to the charity It’s Good 2 Give. The 10K uses electronic chip timing; the 1K is not chip-timed. Race numbers and timing chips are posted to entrants around two weeks before the event, with on-day collection for late registrants.
