The 15th Annual Belleville Thanksgiving 5K Run and Kids Turkey Chase is an in-person event in Downtown Belleville, Illinois at the Public Square on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, 2025. Distances offered include:

- Kids Turkey Chase
Proceeds benefit the Belleville Hockey Club. The event will take place regardless of weather conditions, and no refunds are issued. Organizers may convert the event to a virtual format if required by state, city, or county mandates; no refunds will be issued in that case. Results will be posted automatically on race day.
Registration and fees
Race day registration and packet pickup begin at 7:00 am on event day. Early packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Toolen's Running Start, 3260 Greenmount Crossing Dr., Shiloh, IL 62269. Entry fee for the 5K is $30 per registration through Oct. 26 with a guaranteed shirt, and $35 from Oct. 27 through race day without a guaranteed shirt. Turkey Chase registration is $15 through Oct. 26 with a guaranteed shirt; the same $15 fee applies after Oct. 26 through race day without a guaranteed shirt.
