The Believe In Tomorrow Port to Fort 6K is a Halloween-themed, family-friendly run and walk event benefiting the Believe In Tomorrow Children's Foundation. The 2026 edition marks the 30th annual race.

The event is a 6K run/walk. The course goes through historic Fort McHenry, which offers views of Baltimore's harbor. Access to the fort is described as unique, as it is one of the only races granted such access. The start and finish location is The Liberty Lot in Locust Point, Baltimore, MD.

Awards & Fundraising
Medals are awarded to the top three overall finishers (men and women) and to the top three finishers in multiple age groups. A fundraising incentive offers a full registration fee refund for participants who raise $200 or get five friends to register using a referral code.
