Belfast Lions Club Ghostly Gallop 5k
The Belfast Lions Club Ghostly Gallop is a Halloween-themed 5k (3.1 miles) road race held in Belfast, Maine. This is the sixth annual edition of the event. The course starts and finishes at the lower parking lot of Belfast Area High School and runs through downtown Belfast before returning to the school to finish.
The event encourages runners and walkers to wear costumes. Each participant receives a t-shirt at check-in. Awards are given to the overall female and male finishers and to the top finisher male and female in each age group.
