Beer City Half™ Sacramento takes place on May 3, 2026, in Old Sacramento. The event includes multiple running and social activities over a single day and uses Old Sacramento as the start and finish area. The course routes cross the Tower Bridge, pass Drake's Barn and the Riverfront, and follow the American River Bike Path. The event location has changed from previous years.

Additional features include a Star Wars costume contest with prizes awarded at random, a Shindig at Drake's Barn with music, food and games, and a Beer Trolley that connects Old Sacramento, Drake's Barn, Jackrabbit Brewing, Fieldwork and other stops.
