Beebe Heroes 5K Run & 5K Walk
The Beebe Heroes event on June 28, 2026 in Lewes, Delaware includes a 5K run, a 5K walk and a kids dash. The event benefits the Beebe Medical Foundation and is one stop in the Seashore Strider Championship Series.

The venue for packet pickup and the post-race activity is Irish Eyes Pub, 213 Anglers Road, Lewes, DE 19958. Early packet pickup is available on June 27. Registrations are available online through the organizer or by mail to Seashore Striders, 9 Gander Lane, Lewes, DE 19958. Entry fees vary by date with early, pre and race-day pricing. Registrations received by June 22 are guaranteed a commemorative t-shirt while supplies last.
The course is a flat and fast out and back through Lewes just east of the canal. Chip timing will be used with the Chronotrack B Chip system. Awards include overall male and female champions, masters 40 plus, top three in 16 age groups from 9 and under through 80 plus, and walk awards for the top five male and female finishers. Kiddie Dash participants receive finisher medals and on-site family activities and amenities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
