Bedford Triathlon
Bedford Triathlon is organised by Bedford Harriers and is scheduled for 16th August 2026 at The Embankment, Bedford. The event offers multiple race formats and competitor information will be emailed to entrants shortly before the race. The organiser notes the event has a reputation as a well organised race supported by marshals.
The 2025 programme introduced a Sprint distance. The Sprint bike route uses a popular local time-trial course and includes a small climb up Hill Foot followed by a fast return section. The run for the Sprint is a shortened two-lap course that runs mainly along the river.

Race information covers registration procedures, equipment and competition rules under British Triathlon Competition Rules. Participants must register in person during published registration times or nominate a collector with the entry confirmation and photo ID; photo ID is required at registration. The organiser requests emergency contact details and disclosure of relevant medical conditions. The published refund scale applies: 100% (less admin fees) 60+ days before the event, 50% 30+ days before, and no refund within 30 days.
