Bedford Triathlon
Bedford Harriers stages a triathlon in the centre of Bedford that the organisers present as a return of a high quality local event. The event is described as well organised with strong marshal support, and organisers hope it inspires the local community and encourages participation in triathlon.
A new Sprint distance was introduced for 2025. The Sprint bike route follows a popular local time trial course and includes a small climb up Hill Foot with a faster section on the return. The Sprint run is a shortened two-lap course that runs mainly along the river.
The event offers multiple entry categories with listed entry fees. Available options and fees are Olympic Triathlon at £85.00, Olympic Aquabike at £75.00, Sprint Triathlon at £70.00, and Sprint Aquabike at £60.00. Relay entries are available through a separate relay entry process.
