Bedford Triathlon Team Relays

Bedford Triathlon Team Relays is a three-person team event held at Box End Park in Kempston, Bedford. In its 13th year, the event is sponsored by Zone3 and promotes a fun, club-friendly atmosphere at a premier multi-sport venue. Open to clubs and individuals, it collaborates with Women in Tri/Fund Her Tri UK to attract more women.

The relay format has each team member complete the full triathlon sequence—swim, bike, run—in turn, with three connected relays. Distances are 750m swim, 23km bike, and 5km run, with the swim and run set at Box End and the bike on local country lanes in a single lap.
