- Bike: 23 km
- Run: 5 km
Race format and course
Each team has three athletes. Each athlete completes the swim, the bike, and the run in relay, with all changeovers taking place in transition. The swim is an out-and-back across the lake between marked jump lines and uses an individual, spaced start. The bike is a single 23 km lap with an internal loop on local roads, including country lanes and faster sections. The run follows the Box End pre-marked 5K route in the opposite direction. GPX and electronic route plots are available for the bike and run.
Logistics and rules
Participants must hold a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a single-use race pass.
