Beaver Lake Triathlon 2026
The Beaver Lake Triathlon takes place at Beaver Lake in Sammamish, Washington. The main event is a sprint-distance triathlon that combines open-water swimming, a road bike course, and a road/trail run around the lake and nearby neighborhoods. Lifeguards are present for the swim. Free parking is available at the venue.
Packet pickup and a pasta feed are provided the day before at Redmond Town Center Flatstick Restaurant and Grill, and one-day USAT memberships are available for athletes who need them. Registration packages include a full color long sleeve technical shirt and a finisher medallion.
Race formats and example distances include:
- Full triathlon: 1/4-mile swim, 13.7-mile road bike, 4.3-mile run
- Aquathlon: 1/4-mile swim and 4.3-mile run
- Duathlon: 13.7-mile bike and 4.3-mile run
- Relay options and a Kid's Splash and Dash for ages 7 to 15
The bike course passes through Sammamish and includes Duthie Hill and scenic views toward the Cascade mountains and rural homes. Run segments follow roads and lake-adjacent trails and include wooded sections near the lake. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
