The event includes three separate activities:

- Missy Mazzoli Mile (a one-mile event named for a Grammy-nominated contemporary composer)
- Virtual 5K Run/Walk
Prizes are offered for the best theme-based costumes, the top fundraiser, and the top three overall finishers. Registration includes a cotton t-shirt and a finisher's medal for those who sign up before the deadline. A discounted registration rate is available for participants aged 7-17.
