BEAST MODE - HYBRID 5K CHALLENGE
BEAST MODE - HYBRID 5K CHALLENGE is a combined running and fitness event in Long Beach, California, scheduled for April 10, 2027. The venue is 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803.

LUNGE - 100 m Walking Lunges. Participants keep moving forward through the marked 100-meter zone.
CARRY - 100 m Sandbag Carry. The sandbag is carried through the complete 100-meter course.
SQUAT - 100 bodyweight squats. No equipment is used for this station; 100 bodyweight squats are completed before the finish.
