Bear King Brewing Co. 5K : Marble Falls, TX
The Bear King Brewing Co. 5K takes place on Oct 10, 2026 in Marble Falls and is Event 11 in the Run in Texas 5K 6-Pack Challenge. The course starts and finishes at Bear King Brewing, running the neighborhood streets adjacent to the brewery. The route is described as walker friendly and stroller friendly while also offering slight challenges.
Registration entry includes a custom finisher glass, four 8-ounce tastings of Bear King beer (equivalent to two pints), an official performance fabric race T shirt, and a well-marked and supported course. Free race photos will be available online after the event. Food trucks will be on site for anyone wishing to purchase food after the run. Strollers are explicitly welcome.
The event benefits Ark of the Highland Lakes. Competitive awards are planned for top male and female overall and master 40 and up winners, plus custom awards for the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and up. A random drawing for souvenir awards will be held after the competitive award ceremony.
Packet pickup is available Friday race week at Bear King Brewing from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and on race day at Bear King Brewing from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Parking is available first come first serve at the courthouse adjacent to the brewery, with additional parking near the brewery. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
