Logistics and policies
Registration for the in-person 5k and 10k includes a wooden finisher medal, long-sleeve race shirt, chip timing, a donation to Mountain Roots, and an Oskar Blues beer (non-alcoholic options available). Kids Cub Crawl participants receive a bib and medal. Strollers are permitted; dogs are allowed at the brewery but may not accompany runners on the course. Service animals are allowed with prior approval more than five days before the event and supporting documentation; running with an animal leads to disqualification from awards and timing results.
Awards are given for overall 1st-3rd male and female, masters and grand masters, and age-group top 3 male and female (age brackets from 0-14 through 80+). The event has a no-refund, no-deferral policy. Transfers to virtual entries, other runners, or different distances are allowed up to five days before the event via the registration transfer option.
