Beamsville Bench 5K
The Beamsville Bench 5K takes place in Lincoln, Ontario, starting from the Bench Brewing Company. The event features a single distance for participants:

The race follows a flat course situated beside the escarpment in the Niagara Benchlands. This event is part of the Subaru Running Series. Runners who complete their registration by July 9 are eligible to receive a race shirt. Additionally, all participants of legal drinking age receive one complimentary craft beer from Bench Brewery following the completion of the race.
The current course records stand at 14:17 for males, set by Henry Githuka in 2006, and 17:07 for females, set by Jackline Torri in 2000. A bonus is offered for any runner who breaks these established records. The event also provides options for registration transfers and gift registrations.
