Beamsville Bench 5K

The Beamsville Bench 5K takes place on July 24, 2026 at Fieldstone at Bench, 4157 Maple Grove Rd, Beamsville. This is a 5 km road race held on the Niagara Benchlands.

The course is flat and each kilometer is marked. One aid station is located at 2.5 km. A course map is provided by the organizer.

Timing is by bib chip with Chiptime Results. All finishers receive a finisher medal. Participants of legal drinking age receive one complimentary Bench Brewery craft beer after finishing. Race day registration accepts cash or cheque only. Race kit pickup is available on race day.

An awards ceremony is held after the race. Awards will not be mailed and must be picked up in person or collected by an authorized person. Prizes include overall and masters placements, and age-group awards three deep in five-year age groups from 14 and under to 75 plus. The Sub 20 Club recognizes runners who finish under 20 minutes with a custom made medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
