16th Annual Beachfront Run
The event takes place on May 30, 2026, at the Ventura Promenade, located at 668 E. Harbor Blvd., Ventura, CA 93001. Multiple race distances are offered along a course with views of Ventura’s coastline.
Available race distances:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
- 10K - 6.2 miles
- 5K - 3.1 miles
- Kids Run - 1K
Participants receive a custom event shirt and a finisher’s medal. Shirt size availability cannot be guaranteed for registrations made after March 15, 2026.
The event features vendors, live music, and a public awards ceremony. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each 10-year age category, beginning with ages 10-19 and continuing in ten-year increments.
Registration opens on November 17, 2025, and registration closes on February 6, 2026. Registration fees range from $20 for the Kids Run to $80 for the Half Marathon.
All proceeds benefit City Impact programs supporting at-promise youth and families. The event is presented by City Impact and is organized as a community running event with race and family-focused elements. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
