17th Annual Beachfront Run : Ventura, CA
The 17th Annual Beachfront Run takes place on May 22, 2027 at the Ventura Promenade, located at 668 E. Harbor Blvd., Ventura, CA 93001. The event offers several race distances along the coastline and includes on-site vendors, music, and an awards ceremony.
Race options:
- Half Marathon, 13.1 Miles
- 10K, 6.2 Miles
- 5K, 3.1 Miles
- Kids 1K Run, 1K
Each participant receives a custom event shirt and a finisher’s medal. Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each 10-year age category (10-19, 20-29, etc.). Registration opens November 9, 2026 and closes January 29, 2027.
Proceeds from the event benefit City Impact’s programs supporting at-promise youth and families. The event is organized by City Impact and includes a festive awards presentation and vendor area to accompany the race activity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
