Course

The race begins in Cape Elizabeth near Crescent Beach State Park on Route 77. The course is flat or with a slight downhill slant. Runners proceed north and then bear right onto Old Ocean House Road, a narrow road that rejoins Route 77. It is a point-to-point course along the Maine coast, ending at Casco Bay near the historic Portland Head Light. The highest point of elevation on the course is 100 feet above sea level.
