Registration, awards and organizer
Registration fees listed are $25 for the 5K if registered before November 26, 2025, and $30 from November 27 until race day. Youth 12 and under pay $15. The Fun Run fee is $15. Prices increase after November 25, 2025 at 11:59pm EST, and t-shirt sizes requested after November 29 may not be guaranteed.
Packet pick up and on-site registration take place at McNair Stadium on race day. 5K results and scoring will be determined by gun time. Awards for the 5K include top 3 male and female overall and top 3 finishers in each age group: <8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.
The race is hosted by Hope Network of Rutherford County. Contributions support programs such as transitional housing, financial education and budgeting assistance, and partnerships for counseling and support services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
