Event overview

The First-Responder Face Off takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Chautauqua Park, 7th & Grable Avenue, Beatrice, NE 68310. The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 84 and Local 1098 of the International Association of Fire Fighters organize the event. The program features a friendly competition between the Beatrice Police Department and the Beatrice Fire Department. Participants choose to support either Team Police or Team Fire. Proceeds for Team Police benefit Project Lifesaver, a program that locates people with Alzheimer’s, autism, and other cognitive conditions who may wander. Proceeds for Team Fire support Muscular Dystrophy. The event is open to runners, walkers, and cyclists of all ages.
