BCRR Twilight 5K
The BCRR Twilight 5K is the final event in the Bucks 5K Series, taking place at the Peace Valley Nature Center in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. This event supports the nature center as its designated beneficiary and offers participants the opportunity to run or walk within the park grounds.
Participants can choose from several event categories:
- 5 km run
- 2 mile trail walk
- Virtual 2 mile walk
The 5 km course is a point-to-point route designed with a net downhill elevation profile. The race begins at the dam and concludes at the Peace Valley Nature Center. To facilitate logistics for the point-to-point format, bus transportation is provided to return participants from the finish line to the parking area. The 2 mile trail walk starts and finishes directly at the Nature Center.
Instead of traditional t-shirts, all registered participants receive customized beach towels. Because these items are one-size, no clothing size selection is required during the registration process. Following the conclusion of the race, the official series awards for the overall Bucks 5K Series are presented on-site.
