BCRR Twilight 5K - Bucks 5K Series 2027
The BCRR Twilight event is an evening running and walking event held at Peace Valley Nature Center in Peace Valley Park, Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The program supports the Peace Valley Nature Center and presents options for both a timed run and a relaxed nature walk around the park.
Distances:
- 5K race
- 2-mile nature walk (untimed)
The 5K uses a point-to-point, net-downhill course that begins at the dam and finishes at the Peace Valley Nature Center. The 2-mile walk starts and finishes at the Nature Center and follows nearby hiking trails. The Nature Center provides educational programs and manages park lands used by participants.
Event logistics note separate parking areas. 5K participants may park at West Woods (756 New Galena Road) or Sailor's Point (759 New Galena Road). Walk participants may park at the Peace Valley Nature Center lot (170 North Chapman Road). Return bus service stops at West Woods and Sailor's Point. Organizers note that parking is limited, and the use of ride-sharing or carpooling is suggested.
Participants receive a customized towel in place of a t-shirt; no shirt size is required at registration. A bag check is available at West Woods with bag pickup at the Nature Center pizza gathering. Pizza, beer, and soft drinks will be available after the event; a valid ID is required to receive alcoholic beverages. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
