15th Annual Bay St. Louis Turkey Trot
The Bay St. Louis Turkey Trot is an annual event held in downtown Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. Starting and finishing at the Bay St. Louis Train Depot, the course utilizes a certified route that travels through Old Town and reaches Beach Boulevard.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile Fun Run
The 5K registration provides a t-shirt, a brunch, and beverages including beer and mimosas. The 1 Mile Fun Run is available at a lower fixed price but does not include a race shirt. Packet pickup is scheduled at local venues including The Backyard Beer Garden and the Train Depot in the days leading up to the race, with race day pickup also available.
Awards for the 5K race are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the first overall masters male and female. Age group awards are distributed in five-year increments. The prizes follow a holiday theme, with first place receiving a turkey, second place receiving stuffing, and third place receiving cranberry sauce.
