The Bay St. Louis Turkey Trot is the 15th annual edition and takes place on Thursday, November 26, 2026, in Bay Saint Louis, MS. The event includes a 5K certified route and a 1 mile Fun Run. The 5K passes through Old Town Bay Saint Louis and along Beach Boulevard, with the Bay St. Louis Train Depot (1928 Depot Way, Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520) used as the start and finish area. Entry is open to ages 1 to 100.

Logistics
5K registration fees change by date; listed amounts include $35 (September 1), $40 (October 1), $45 (November 1), and $50 on race day. The 1 Mile Fun Run fee is $20. The 5K registration notes inclusion of a Turkey Trot t-shirt, brunch, beer and mimosas, and other swag. The 1 Mile Fun Run does not include a race shirt.
Packet pickup and registration are scheduled at multiple times and locations: November 21 and 22 at The Backyard Beer Garden (126 Blaize Avenue) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; November 23 at the Depot from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM; and race day packet pickup at the Train Depot beginning early on the event day.
Awards and charity
5K awards include Top 3 Overall male and female, First Overall Masters male and female, and top three finishers in five-year age groups. Prizes for top overall finishers are described as 1st Place - Turkey, 2nd Place - Stuffing, 3rd Place - Cranberry Sauce. The event is held to benefit the charity of each participant's choice.
