Bay Saint Louis Cult Classics 5K
The Bay Saint Louis Cult Classics 5K is a themed road race held on October 24, 2026, in Old Town Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. The event is organized by Bay Saint Louis Running Company and uses Mockingbird Cafe on 2nd Street as the start and finish location. The entry distance is 5K.
Costumes are highly encouraged; participants are invited to dress as characters from cult classic films spanning horror, science fiction, 1980s titles, offbeat comedies, and similar genres. Registered 5K participants receive a race shirt, a finisher medal, professional timing, post-race snacks from Mockingbird Cafe, and post-race mimosas. Overall and age-group awards are included.
Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in five-year age groups through age 69, with additional age-group awards for 70–79 and 80+.
The event partners with Ainsley’s Angels of South Mississippi as a charity partner; participant support contributes to that organization’s work to promote inclusion and provide people with disabilities opportunities to take part in endurance events along the Gulf Coast.
