Bay Head 5K Run 2026

The 21st Annual Bay Head 5K Memory Run takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Bay Head, New Jersey. The event is based at 81 Bridge Avenue and uses streets of the beachfront town and surrounding community. Registration opens January 10.

The event is presented as a well organized 5K walk and run on a USATF certified course. Each year over 1,000 runners participate. The course runs through the town and along the beach front areas of Bay Head and nearby streets.

Following the race there is a trophy ceremony with refreshments in the firehouse parking lot. Dozens of winners are selected at random from the prize board during the ceremony. Hundreds of supporters also gather after the event for an After Party at Martel's Tiki Bar on the beach in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey.
