Bay Front Run
Bay Front Run is scheduled for October 4, 2026 in Hercules, California, and raises funds for local schools through the Hercules Education Foundation. The event takes place on Bayfront Blvd and uses the Bay Front Trail as the primary running route.

The course starts at Sanderling and Bayfront, follows Bayfront Blvd to the Bay Trail entrance at John Muir Parkway, continues along the Bay Trail through Hercules to the Rodeo turnaround, and finishes back at Bayfront Blvd. 10K participants complete a double loop of the course.
The 5K and 10K are chip timed and results will be posted after the event; bibs must be worn to be timed. Awards are given to the top female and top male in the 5K and 10K. Virtual options are available for the 5K and 10K.
Participants who register in person or virtually by September 15 will receive an event T-shirt. The first 350 registrants will receive a finisher medal. Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
Early packet pick-up is available at The Dylan Apartments, 2200 John Muir Parkway, Hercules. Packet pick-up and last registration are located at Sanderling and Bayfront Blvd on event day. A Bay Front Festival follows the run with entertainment, music, food trucks, local vendors, and community organizations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
