Battle to the Pacific
Battle to the Pacific is Race 4 of the PNW State Park Trail Series, held at Fort Stevens State Park, OR on November 21st, 2026. Organizers note new courses and distances for 2026 with maps to be published soon.
Race distances and special divisions include:
- 5K
- 15k
- 20k
- Ruck Challenge (follows the 20k course)
- Ruck/Vest Lightweight Division (20 lb plus)
All races start and finish at the N. Coffenbury Lake Day-Use Area, Shelter A. Entry fees are listed by distance: 5K $47 ($60 day-of), 15k $67 ($80 day-of), 20k $77 ($90 day-of). Ruck Challenge and Ruck/Vest Lightweight Division are $77 ($90 day-of). Bib pick-up is to be determined.
The Ruck Challenge follows the 20k course and includes a lightweight ruck division for 2026; all ruck divisions require pre- and post-race weigh in. The event is cupless; there will be three aid stations and participants must bring their own drinking vessel. Parking requires a $10 daily park permit per vehicle at the Hilltop Day-Use Area; that location accepts cash and checks via a fee envelope and does not accept cards at the payment point. After the race there will be food and beer at the Bivouac and finishers receive a Bivouac Racing winners mug with opportunities to win additional swag.
