About the race
Bat Challenge is a 6-hour day/night trail running event at Beacon Hill Country Park, Leicestershire, England. It features a 3.3-mile off-road loop that participants can repeat to reach 5k, 10k, or over 50k within the time limit. The course climbs from the lower car park to a trig point, then glides back on crushed-stone paths with an uphill first half and downhill second, leaving some mucky sections depending on conditions.
